Everyone that I talked to in the service department was very nice and professional. My oil change and rotation was done quickly and I was informed that I needed new tires due to dry rot. I was shown the dry rot and John took the time to explain why I should replace them. I arrived a few minutes before the 8 am opening and was taken in immediately. Everything was ready and I asked if I could be taken home while waiting even though I did not schedule it. They found someone and I was taken home. I was called within the timeframe I was told they would call and was told my car was ready and someone would be there to get me. No one came so I called the dealership to make sure I had not been forgotten. Apologies were made and I was told that someone was on the way. A few minutes later my ride did arrive. I understand how busy everyone is there and I am happy with my experience, as always. Thank you. Oh, the tires look great and the car rode very nice.

While the service rep John Cupo went above and beyond in attempting to help us, it appears that the mechanic assigned to the job was only interested in selling us a $6700 transmission in a $2000 car. The problem is not the transmission, but likely an electrical problem that is causing the transmission go in to lock down mode periodically. Code U0101. The technician appeared to not have even tried to identify the actual issue but just wanted to replace the transmission. So we now have a car that is not reliable enough to take anywhere. So our experience here is likely to cause us to not come back to Buster Miles as we have been loyal customers for over 20 years. We have purchased 3 vehicles in that time and had most all of our maintenance done there.

Sean Ostrander, our sales representative, was excellent in answering our questions and responding promptly to any inquiry. The check out process ran smoothy and without much delay.

I've only driven it home since the truck's service. I haven't had the time to fully inspect the vehicle.Some very obvious, very disappointing things have been noted on my drive home. My truck's driver side door interior panels are in places quite stained with oily/greasy areas. Before returning to the owner a visual inspection should be high on the list. Not getting in my truck with greasy hands, feet, clothes, rags, etc should be even higher on the list. To say I'm surprised with this being allowed to happen is an understatement. Didn't leave a good impression of your shop's Q.C. standards.

The service was great and very quick. The only complaint I have was that the service tech left oil/grease residue on my steering wheel that I have to clean off before leaving. Please ensure your techs clean their hands or wear gloves in order to prevent this. Other than that I have always been pleased with Buster Miles Chevrolet.

Had a new tire, less than 1500 miles, replaced. Sad thing was it had to be ordered. I had purchased the tire and wheel warranty when I purchased the truck. It was order in the afternoon and it was delivered to the dealer the next morning. I was called and the tire was put on and I was ready to leave in less than an hour after arriving

I came from Atlanta to lease a Silverado EV. I showed up late on the Thursday before the 4th of July. I wanted to lease and because the tax office was closed in ATL they didn't want to give me the wrong price and asked if I could come back on the following Monday. Due to my work schedule I was not able to make it until the following Thursday. They offered to deliver my vehicle to my work on Monday and pick up my trade. The salesman Marc was a pleasure to work with and everyone involved made my transaction seamless and transparent. 10/10, I would definitely do business with Buster Miles Chevy again since my experience was so fantastic.

A great experience. They didn’t know the phone number to GM points awards center. I googled it and called them for a question about using my points. A little odd them not knowing the phone number I would say.

The tech when we signed in was rude. I made an appointment on line and he was unable to find it. Then he was rude due to the check engine light was on in the car and he said this should have been checked immediately which I informed him we did have it checked and was pretty much blown off by the last tech in his position because it took so long to check I was informed it was no big deal it might go off on its own as long as car was OK just drive it with the engine light on. Which to me is not acceptable. The guy treated us like we was dumb and when he pushed to add tire rotation and I said no we just purchased tires 2 weeks ago he informed me we should still rotate and I felt like he was just attempting to run up a bill

I disagree with the oil change intervals, I had changed my oil and filter at 3,000 miles because I tow with my Truck, OIL IS THE LIFE BLOOD OF AN ENGINE. The service Tech had mentioned that my Truck had a Fram oil filter instead of the original oil filter. YES it had a Fram oil filter because I installed it at 3000 miles. Tech also mentioned, that he didn't understand why they were changing the oil with 87% oil life left, SORRY I RESET the oil life at 3000 miles. I have had my Truck for a year now and I enjoy the Truck, I don't drive it everyday. The Dealer had Contacted me about the oil change and said I would loose the opportunity if I didn't get it done and may affect the warranty. I am a certified mechanic myself, but I am Retired. I can say they are not doing a full service, running a scan and changing the oil and filter doesn't qualify as a full service on a new vehicle. I also didn't want the Tire Rotation at the time of service, that will be done at 6000 miles. Thanks for your Time.

I was called 7-3 saying what the estimate was and I approved the fix. They said it could be ready that afternoon they would call and let me know but I never received a call. I sent a text to the number I was told to reach out to on Monday 7/7 and received no response back. I looked on line and it didn't say it was completed we called Tuesday 7/8 for an updated and was told oh that's been done since Friday. Paul stated I called and didn't get an answer. I checked my call log and no such call was received. Every time we use the shop there the service seems to be getting poorer and more expensive. Paul is diffently not a people person.

Before I purchased the vehicle I noticed a dent in the hood. The sales manager said they would fix it. So when I scheduled it to be fixed they called me and said it could not be fixed. I was very disappointed in the decision of them not wanting to replace the hood. I would have never signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle if it couldn’t have been fixed or replaced. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. It was in the contract.

From our first contact via Buster Miles Chevrolet ("BMC"), salesman Scott Turner was lightning quick to respond with the availability of the 2025 Chevy Tahoe my wife was interested in on BMC's website. Scott Turner was great. He knew the Tahoe, its options, and its tech. He had the Tahoe ready to test drive when we arrived from Georgia. He did all of this while he was closing on another sale that morning. And, he helped me get set up for a Veteran's discount that saved me another $1,500.00. My wife and I were hungry, and he recommended a place called "Rhythm Cafe" for lunch and said he would send us the numbers while we ate. I had a number in mind that I wanted to pay, and he sent the paperwork and I didn't even make a counteroffer because I knew he gave me a fair deal. I was very pleased to hear that Buster Miles was a Chevy and Ford dealer. When it comes time to trade in my Ford F150, I'm calling Scott Turner because he made me a Buster Miles customer for life, and I will gladly drive the 130 miles to Heflin, Alabama to buy a new truck. My wife loves the new Tahoe. She traded in a Toyota Highlander and was really interested in the Sequoia, but this dealership took care of us so well, she switched brands. I can't say enough great things about Buster Miles Chevrolet and their sales guy Scott Turner.

I was in the market for a new truck with limited time to purchase one. I found the truck equipped with what I needed on your website and called the next morning. I spoke with Marc and explained everything to him and told him if he could get the price where I needed it to be I would make the 2 hour drive and purchase the truck that day. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from Marc with a fair price. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles and I must say this was the smoothest transaction I have experienced. This time was fine. My previous visit you were supposed to rotate the tires. I was charged for a tire rotation but noticed my tires were not rotated. When I called about it the person I talked to was rude. He basically made it sound like I was lying. He then said he would check the video? And call me back. Never received a call back.

Did okay on the oil change and rotating tires not happy about the $150 to do it when I was supposed to get a free oil change Don't get the whole point of spending thousands on a warranty for the motor train through your dealership if it doesn't cover anything $350 for an interior clean $350 for a service transmission $125 for a filter sounds a little crazy to me
