PLESENT, QUIET, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS

I disagree with the oil change intervals, I had changed my oil and filter at 3,000 miles because I tow with my Truck, OIL IS THE LIFE BLOOD OF AN ENGINE. The service Tech had mentioned that my Truck had a Fram oil filter instead of the original oil filter. YES it had a Fram oil filter because I installed it at 3000 miles. Tech also mentioned, that he didn't understand why they were changing the oil with 87% oil life left, SORRY I RESET the oil life at 3000 miles. I have had my Truck for a year now and I enjoy the Truck, I don't drive it everyday. The Dealer had Contacted me about the oil change and said I would loose the opportunity if I didn't get it done and may affect the warranty. I am a certified mechanic myself, but I am Retired. I can say they are not doing a full service, running a scan and changing the oil and filter doesn't qualify as a full service on a new vehicle. I also didn't want the Tire Rotation at the time of service, that will be done at 6000 miles. Thanks for your Time.

From our first contact via Buster Miles Chevrolet ("BMC"), salesman Scott Turner was lightning quick to respond with the availability of the 2025 Chevy Tahoe my wife was interested in on BMC's website. Scott Turner was great. He knew the Tahoe, its options, and its tech. He had the Tahoe ready to test drive when we arrived from Georgia. He did all of this while he was closing on another sale that morning. And, he helped me get set up for a Veteran's discount that saved me another $1,500.00. My wife and I were hungry, and he recommended a place called "Rhythm Cafe" for lunch and said he would send us the numbers while we ate. I had a number in mind that I wanted to pay, and he sent the paperwork and I didn't even make a counteroffer because I knew he gave me a fair deal. I was very pleased to hear that Buster Miles was a Chevy and Ford dealer. When it comes time to trade in my Ford F150, I'm calling Scott Turner because he made me a Buster Miles customer for life, and I will gladly drive the 130 miles to Heflin, Alabama to buy a new truck. My wife loves the new Tahoe. She traded in a Toyota Highlander and was really interested in the Sequoia, but this dealership took care of us so well, she switched brands. I can't say enough great things about Buster Miles Chevrolet and their sales guy Scott Turner.

Before I purchased the vehicle I noticed a dent in the hood. The sales manager said they would fix it. So when I scheduled it to be fixed they called me and said it could not be fixed. I was very disappointed in the decision of them not wanting to replace the hood. I would have never signed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle if it couldn’t have been fixed or replaced. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. It was in the contract.

This time was fine. My previous visit you were supposed to rotate the tires. I was charged for a tire rotation but noticed my tires were not rotated. When I called about it the person I talked to was rude. He basically made it sound like I was lying. He then said he would check the video? And call me back. Never received a call back.

I was in the market for a new truck with limited time to purchase one. I found the truck equipped with what I needed on your website and called the next morning. I spoke with Marc and explained everything to him and told him if he could get the price where I needed it to be I would make the 2 hour drive and purchase the truck that day. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from Marc with a fair price. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles and I must say this was the smoothest transaction I have experienced. Marc as well as everyone else there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no regrets dealing with these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Tires were supposed to be rotated that obviously was not done. Makes you wonder if they did anything at all. I’ll assume they changed the oil. Definitely doubt they did an inspection

Did okay on the oil change and rotating tires not happy about the $150 to do it when I was supposed to get a free oil change Don't get the whole point of spending thousands on a warranty for the motor train through your dealership if it doesn't cover anything $350 for an interior clean $350 for a service transmission $125 for a filter sounds a little crazy to me

Brought my truck in for transmission issues. The truck has less than 30000 miles on it. The service department has been great to deal with. Paul and John have been great. They changed my transmission. So far, the truck has been running well.

Appointment time was 0900, truck finally move into shop bay at 0948. No explanation just excuse, running behind. Should not happen with a early morning appointment. Also the cost has increased substantially since last service. Not happy with experience.

Great service and excellent advisor (Cupo)! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was the cost, which felt a bit high. While I value the great experience and trust the work done right, better pricing would make it easier for me to continue choosing your dealership for future maintenance and repairs!

Good communication with the tech and shop foreman. They were very helpful and gave maintenance suggestions to ensure my truck will continue to give me dependable service for years to come.

The last time I came in and had my tires rotated, there was a shaking in the front end. I took it to my local dealer and he had to rearrange the tires to fix it. I have told Buster Miles to rotate the tires with every service. I have even paid for the rotation each time. For this service, I again had them rotate the tires and this shaking is back. I will not be using Buster Miles to service this vehicle again.

This was my first service for my new truck. This dealership will, for a small fee, pick up your vehicle from your location, do the service, then bring it back. This was a great benefit to me. The communication with the service advisor was excellent from beginning to end. Everything I asked was done, and I was advised of every aspect of the status of my truck. I was completely satisfied and will definitely use Buster Miles Chevrolet for my next service.

Had to have a few things done for my vehicle. It may have taken a while but it was comfy. Everything needed was explained in detail and easy to follow.

When I drove into the dealership, my lane departure sensors were working. When I left, both were disabled. Makes me wonder if they were disabled so I would need to return for another service call???? Don't believe both sensors would go out together, especially when they were working as I drove into the dealership.

Arrived and the service writer came right out and they took away my truck. He had the USB drive with him and there was 2 people servicing my truck. They even asked me a couple of questions about what I had relayed to them so every thing would be correct to MY satisfaction

Paul typically communicates well. He takes care to give me credit for coupons - which do drive me to Buster Miles! Wait time is reasonable. They typically seem to address my concerns - this trip was an oil change and planned tire rotation - instead it was an oil change and purchase of tires that were on "sale" from a new vehicle that the owner special ordered other tires for. Also, an occasional weird low whistle squeak when I cranked and moved foot from brakes to accelerator - mystery noise!! - I asked to make sure the service people look for anything unusual and lube everything needed when doing the inspection. Well, no noise since the service - maybe a little as a gently bumped down my drive this a.m? Hmmm.... Those mystery noises...Maybe its cured. Last visit was a seat motor replaced under warranty. I was a little annoyed it took a couple days but very happy it was replaced and is working well. So a 5 star it is...

We left our business truck (3500) on a Saturday and had not heard back from anyone by Thursday. When they did finally call us back (we left several messages), they said that they had no idea when they would be able to get to our vehicle to even see what was wrong with it. This was terrible customer service. We ended up going back and picking up the truck on Friday (today) to take it to another dealership. Terrible Customer Service!
