Meet Our Staff

Matt Miles, Dealer for Buster Miles Auto Group, was born in 1955 and grew up in Heflin, AL. He is the eldest of four children to Buster Miles and the former Alice Bennett. Matt grew up loving cars and all sports - including hunting, fishing and football! After graduation from Cleburne County High School, he received a football scholarship to Samford University and graduated with a degree in Marketing and then joined his Dad's business in 1992. Matt has been President of Buster Miles Auto Group since 1986. Matt had always planned to follow in his dad's footsteps. He said, "My dad was my mentor and coach. I always wanted to be just like him. I sold my first car to my second grade school teacher. I have never doubted what I wanted to do. I have always loved meeting and helping people - especially with their automobile needs." Matt loves spending time with his wonderful family, including his wife, Pam! His son, Mim, is Vice President of Buster Miles Auto Group (Auburn University 2010) and is married to Lauren Miles. His daughter Madelin is the Marketing Director for Buster Miles Auto Group (Auburn University in 2011). His daughter, Alexis, graduated from Auburn University in 2015. His daughter, Sela Bay, is currently enjoying a modeling and marketing career in Chicago. Matt says he is a staunch Auburn fan, but most importantly he is a sinner saved by grace!

Mim is part owner and General Manager of Buster Miles Chevrolet & Ford. He graduated from Auburn University in 2010, earning a degree in Business Administration. He has over 11 years of Buster Miles experience holding various positions throughout the years. When he is not at work, he enjoys time with his wife, Lauren and their daughter, Margo and son, Mac! He also enjoys hunting, traveling, fitness, and being outdoors!

Michael joined the Buster Miles team in 2016 as the Chevrolet Service Manager before becoming the Fixed Ops Director. In 2018 he moved to the Controller position. Michael has a diverse work background which includes manufacturing, government contracting and nuclear energy and holds multiple degrees from Jacksonville State University, including an MBA in Finance. Originally from Piedmont, Michael now resides in Oxford with his dog, Bo. He enjoys golfing, fishing, running, college football, and traveling with his two sons Ethan and Haden.

Lucretia joined Team Buster Miles in February 2017 and currently serves as Director of Administrative Services, overseeing Human Resources. She was married for 37 years to the late Terry Lambert, who also worked at Buster Miles, and is the proud mother of three sons: Patrick, the Variable Operations Manager at Buster Miles, Blake, and Tyler. Lucretia holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and previously worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Werner Ladder and BAE Systems. She is blessed with ten grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and the occasional trip to the beach or the mountains.

Patrick is a Heflin, AL native whose career in the car business began at Buster Miles in 1999. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf and attending Auburn football games. Patrick currently resides in Anniston with his wife, Victoria, their two children, Hanner and Elle Marie, and their dog, Larry.

Madelin is a Heflin, Alabama native who grew up in the automotive world, gaining experience in everything from answering phones to washing cars. She now serves as the Digital Marketing Director for Buster Miles Chevrolet, Ford, and Kia, working remotely from New Braunfels, Texas. In addition to her work in the automotive industry, Madelin is a licensed professional counselor and owner of her private practice, Miles Holistic Wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through walking and weightlifting, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband, Chad. She also treasures time with her family, friends, and her beloved cat, Fiona.

With over 32 years of experience in the automotive industry, Frank has dedicated his career to building efficient, customer-focused service departments that customers can trust. As the Fixed Operations Director at Buster Miles, Frank oversees our service, parts, and collision teams—ensuring every customer receives top-tier care, from routine maintenance to major repairs. Frank has been married for 26 years and is a proud father of three sons. Frank's Christian faith and family values guide how he leads his team and serves our customers—with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to excellence every step of the way.
